“I had a great experience with Nai at Acne Specialists of Alameda! She is super friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away by asking what problem areas I was hoping to work on. She explains what will help with my concerns and is encouraging without making me feel scolded about my admittedly bad skincare habits. The treatment was really thorough (she asked about ALL the products I use - including my hair care!) and relaxing (I fell asleep during the red light therapy). She took the time to answer my questions and we even talked about some trendy skin care products/gadgets (she was down to earth about them and I really trusted her knowledge when it came to knowing what was -and wasn't- worth the expense and effort). When I say she was thorough, I should mention that toward the end the session, she noticed that I had a little dryness around my lip area and took the extra time to put a moisturizing treatment on my lips - you have to appreciate a girly that won't let you walk out with ashy lips! When Linda redesigned them, I felt FABULOUS.
Now, the strokes look just like hair feel more natural.
