“I really love this place, it is a shame that these places don’t really exist anymore and I travel miles and miles out of my way to get here because I love these places so much. In the Bay Area so far there is the tropical gardens hot tubs in Daly City, water course away bathhouse in Palo Alto and hot Tropics. I know there’s other similar places around but this might have to be the best hot tub place in the whole Bay Area. I also love it when Tammy and everyone who else works there knows who I am and always down to chat and check in on how I’m doing, that to me really means a lot to me. I hope for a great future at the hot tubs and always love this place.“

“Hope is an amazing healer. I brought my daughter to her for some quad and lower back strains and not only did she relieve her pain Hope also gave her step by step instructions on how to stretch those areas before sports to avoid the injury from coming back. I really appreciated her education on why it was happening and how the one injury was effecting creating the other. Most therapist would just schedule for 5 more visits and not teach you how to correct the problem. We have been doing the stretches and the injury has not come back. Thank you Hope!!!“

“I don't usually have the time to write reviews but I have to give props to the excellent service I received from Gigi at Açaí Skin Studio.

I had been very reluctant to get a facial after my skin had reacted and face became swollen from my last (pre-pandemic) facial elsewhere. I also underwent a skin care procedure at my dermatologist‘s office that made my face look like I had chicken pox - which took 10+ days to clear.

Still being apprehensive of how my face would react to any treatment, I’d been keeping my eye on Açaí Skin Studio reviews, and finally decided to try it out. I am happy to report that I’ve had no reactions, and my skin hasn’t looked this great in quite some time!

I can’t impress enough about the ambiance, coziness and cleanliness of the studio, but also how knowledgeable, personal, professional, and inviting Gigi is.

So, my final comment is, if you’ve been putting off a facial, or skincare treatment for the same or similar reasons as mine, look no further and give Açai Skin Studio a try.

“I had a great experience with Nai at Acne Specialists of Alameda! She is super friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away by asking what problem areas I was hoping to work on. She explains what will help with my concerns and is encouraging without making me feel scolded about my admittedly bad skincare habits. The treatment was really thorough (she asked about ALL the products I use - including my hair care!) and relaxing (I fell asleep during the red light therapy). She took the time to answer my questions and we even talked about some trendy skin care products/gadgets (she was down to earth about them and I really trusted her knowledge when it came to knowing what was -and wasn't- worth the expense and effort). When I say she was thorough, I should mention that toward the end the session, she noticed that I had a little dryness around my lip area and took the extra time to put a moisturizing treatment on my lips - you have to appreciate a girly that won't let you walk out with ashy lips! “If you're like me and you're not a very fancy person and you just want a standard good massage to loosen up muscle stiffness, and speed up injury healing this is the place to go. I wish I got the name of the woman who was my masseuse but she was super sweet and very accommodating, and she listened to everything that I asked her to do and pay attention to. She's very thorough, won't miss any major muscle groups, and she uses very mild products that don't irritate your skin. It was such a good experience and I woke up the next day, not as sore as I had come in with my elbow injury. Great prices, clean facility, great location. I will definitely be back on a semi regular basis.“

I’m SO much happier with my eyebrows. I lived in Mexico and 1st got them “microshaded” but wasn’t totally happy.
When Linda redesigned them, I felt FABULOUS.
Now, the strokes look just like hair feel more natural.
