“This has been a long over due review. Thanks to Allen my house has built up our confidence and knowledge about owning a cane corso breed. Bruce was a 4 month old pup when we started and it's been a great experience for the whole family. He definitely loves his job and it shows in his dedication. You won't regret hiring him.“

“Our German Shepherd has been going to Matan over the past 3 years. We’ve trusted them for short and long-term boarding as well as individual obedience training. Without a doubt they are tops in our book. Our dog always looks forward to going and always comes back to us better. Rafael is the latest trainer for Nala and he has really helped get her to the next level. Extremely clean and awesome staff really make Matan the premier place for us!“

“My horse, Lennon is a rescued mustang and has been through quite a bit. With in a matter of a month he became a far less anxious horse, easily redirected and bonding with me in a way I wasn't sure he would be able to do. Robert is excellent, patient, and highly skilled. My horse is always happy. His pasture is very clean and secure. Thanks Robert!“

“I started bringing my husky mix here when he was 12 weeks to their puppy preschool classes and after going, wish I'd known about them when he was 8 weeks! I desperately needed some help with my hyperactive land shark! He's now moving up to the puppy + classes after turning 16 weeks recently! The whole crew has been monumental in his training and are so patient with him and my inexperience with such a distracted and hyper breed. They've taught us so many things that have made a night and day difference in my now not so little pup. They ask about and address specific concerns and issues we have instead of pushing out a one size fits all style of training. They offer support/advice not just with training but also with crate concerns, treat values, toys/enrichment, and even poop formation (helped me find pumpkin my vet recommended but that he would actually eat)!! The class sizes have always been manageable and the trainers are always understanding of my VERY distracted pup and offer guidance on how to handle that appropriately AND effectively. I am excited to continue with my pups trainings here and try out some of the agility and obedience classes as he progresses!I highly, HIGHLY, recommend them to anyone seeking trainings, play groups and even 1:1 training sessions. The work they do there is paramount to mine and my pups happiness! ? “

“We were customers of the palisades location until moving to central LA a couple years ago and had generally good experiences. Since then, we have come back to the Malibu location three times with an emergency/ in need of services our new vet does not offer (x rays and ultrasounds). This visit, we brought our dog in to investigate frequent urination issues. We saw Dr Jonah and can’t recommend him enough. He was very empathetic to the difficulty we have been experiencing and was patient and thorough when talking through options. We are still trying to figure out what is going on with our dog but feel great about having dr Jonah continue to help us investigate.“

“My dog is BIG and I needed help learning to handle him properly....Thats where Jo came in. Thankfully no more getting dragged down the street on walks or stopping halfway home because he thought he was done. Now he has perfect manners.“

“So yes, i do miss Golden spoon with their train themes and actual plastic golden spoons. But the woman informed me its the same exact yogurt & they pile it high all the same! Definitely hard to find considering google maps didn't know their name has changed but I will be back for more! their flavors taste so good. Peanut butter and pistachio are a must!“

“Xaviera was extremely helpful with our 4 month old puppy. She came to our house and showed us what to do about every problem we were having. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We went from discouraged to encouraged. I learned a lot of techniques and tricks from Xaviera that I didn’t know before. I took her dog training course through Simi Valley Recreation and Parks and it was excellent as well. She stays after class to answer questions. She is easy to understand and follow. I think she would be helpful to anyone whether beginner or advanced. It is obvious she has been doing this for a long time. I highly recommend.“

“The Rattlesnake avoidance class was awesome! It was great to see our dog learn to avoid sight, smell, or sound of the Rattlesnake. He wouldn't get within 10ft of a snake now.“

“I have been coming to CVVH for probably 3 years. My small dog ended up having many issues and had to be brought in and stayed for days for pancreatitis. It ended up to be chronic and all the help and support made it much easier for me to navigate thru to a new normal. Then it came time when my dog was ready to lay her head down for the last time. My feelings over the situation was taken to heart by all Dr Kane and the rest of the staff and I was supported in my decision when to say goodbye.I am excited to start afresh with a familiar medical team to care for my new puppy for years to come.As for prices. I am sure you can find cheaper. But there are places that are astronomically more as well. I find the pricing fair and upfront. I was even charged too much for something and at a future visit I was told I had a credit so my current bill would be less (it happened twice and it was not much … around $9 once and I think $20 the other time … but it was much appreciated)“

“I have been taking my adopted dog, Gracie there since the beginning and they have been very nice, professional, and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is the cost of everything. Her special meds are very costly.“
