From the very first emergency call I placed to Perimeter Drainage to the meticulous work and clean up, Chris and Craig were very professional, honest, direct, explained everything very clearly and most important, made me and and my wife feel safe again knowing that our sanitary drainage is fully functional and working smoothly. Craig and his helper worked expediently and carefully, diagnosing the problem and fixing it over the course of a few hours. The job was done precisely and perfectly. We live near Grand Boulevard in North Vancouver and had a plugged sewer line. We spoke to a few sewer and drainage contractors and hired Perimeter Drainage to do the job. Chris the owner sent Craig to do the job of finding the blockage in the sewer line from our house to the City of North Vancouver main line 90 feet away in the laneway. After a hole was dug in the back yard to access the sewer line Craig cleared the blockage, which was HUGE about 30 feet of clogged sewer line. He put a camera in the line to make sure there was no roots or anything else there and then installed two cleanouts at that access point.
