“What a great group! Friendly, professional reception with people who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs! I have been wearing glasses for years and Dr. Fournier gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. His manner is professional and kind. Highly recommend Visionfirst.”
“From start to finish, my experience at Strawn & Co. Optometry was excellent! Everyone was friendly, courteous, welcoming, and professional—from my first phone call to book the appointment, through arrival, pre-testing, the eye exam, and payment.
The optometrist was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything as she went along, including the pre-test results and the images of my eyes.
The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. A warm, welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Strawn & Co. Optometry!”
“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Evan for one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment my partner and I walked in, he was caring, kind, and genuinely eager to help. His confidence and professionalism immediately reassured me that my Ray-Ban frames could be fixed, and I knew I was in good hands. I can’t thank Evan enough for his outstanding service. Thank you so much Evan!”
