I am new to Kelowna and found Wink I Optometry which is close to my place,needed to get my sunglasses fixed so I went here. The staff were great, greeted me when I arrived and looked at my sunglasses. Took my sunglasses to the back and had them fixed right away. I will be back here for my future glasses. Great place

Such an amazing store and the staff are truly out of this world with fantastic customer service. My husband and I searched relentlessly for the perfect glasses all over...until we stepped foot in this store. I have been wearing glasses for 44 years and have NEVER had such a knowledgeable, thorough, funny and helpful experience...from the eye exam with Dr.D to the search for the perfect pair with the team. Thank you thank you thank you!!!Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, from the time we walked in to the clinic. Dr. D and his staff are awesome. My child was really nervous going in for his first eye exam and after seeing the doctor he said Mommy I really like it here. Staff were very knowledgeable and caring. Love this place for eye care. They know what they are doing . Thank you
