Sarah is awesome! Jenn is awesome!! They're both extremely helpful and friendly. Dr.Karen is great too!! They are really personable, easy to talk to and make the experience a lot more enjoyable than any other doctors office I've been in!! Thanks for your great customer service and medical service & advice!!! Won't go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about this location! Even since moving to another province, they keep helping! Sarah in particular has gone above and beyond for me a few times and I can't thank her enough!!

Appreciated being able to drop by and browse the frames and put aside frame styles I was interested in. Ken was very thorough and offered suggestions on why or why not something might not work within the styles I had chosen. He also scanned the sections and offered a few more styles to try which where similiar to the ones I was looking at. After trying the frames on and then comparing them to the first ones I had selected I realized what a difference his suggestions made! It was pretty easy to decide after that and found a frame I'm very happy with.
