I had such a wonderful experience at Specsavers! I especially want to thank Mitzie and Kate for being so kind, patient, and welcoming. They treated me with so much care and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Their customer service was truly amazing, and you can really tell that they care about their customers.
The glasses are also great quality, and I’m very happy with them. The doctor was professional, friendly, and thorough during the eye examination as well.

WOW. I had such a good time getting my exam done, I haven’t gotten one since I was 7 and it was so fun! Everyone at the front desk was sweet and funny and accommodating: they got me in the same day! Megan was a joy to talk to and honestly everyone there was just so amazing. I went back to work and told all my coworkers about how great it was. 10/10. Cant wait to come back in two years and get another exam!
I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers, Orchard Park. The front desk team Jaahnvi, Ria and Chris were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the start.
Dr. Folk was super patient and attentive, taking time to listen to my concerns (especially after being away from home for many years) and delivering a thorough eye exam and ensured a quick follow-up with another doctor the very next day for further assessment.
The entire team supported the process smoothly, helping me select glasses with no rush, no matter how many questions I had.
Chris even helped update a few changes to my glasses order, even though it had already been sent to production.
