Third time round buying glasses from Bailey Nelson in Orchard Park - Kelowna. Not because I've ever had issues, but because they're SO affordable and I enjoy changing up my styles! Amy and the staff were super helpful all the way through from eye exam to picking frames, and I'll definitely be back.

Sheley ( sorry if I got your name wrong ) with the cool Gilbert glasses was AMAZING! Buying progressive is not a simple task. She did such a good job at educating us . Didn’t feel rushed or pressured . Been to multiple eyeglass stores and she by far gave us the best experience ! The optometrist at this location was also lovely and helpful. Thank you !
