Dealing with Winmar has been more than frustrating!
It’s not about the workers themselves; it’s the management that’s the issue. They’re super unorganized and leave things half-finished, which just creates a mess with dust everywhere. None of the personal belongings are as protected as they should be, or promised to be. You never know when the crew is coming or not. No one follows up with you. And when they do show up, you constantly have to remind them about what needs to be done because there are always new people on the job who have no clue what’s going on. There’s no clear direction, and when things go wrong, the manager just blames it on a coordinator that doesn’t even exist. It feels like there’s just poor management and no accountability.
I don’t know how they got past 3 stars on google reviews- perhaps people dealt with different management. I’m dealing with Tyler.
**Edit: I want to acknowledge that the owner of the company genuinely cares about his client’s satisfaction. He reached out to address my concerns and made an effort to help improve the situation. While not everything went perfectly, I appreciate his initiative and commitment to customer care. I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

From coming out on short notice and getting the work done promptly, the polite employee who fixed our electrical problem and cleaned up diligently right after he was finished, to receiving our invoice that was exactly as we were quoted. No added charges no hidden fees. We have recommended this company to many of our friends who have now used their services. This will be the first company we call if we ever are in need of electrical services again.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, creating a great vibe from the moment you walk in. It's family-owned and operated, which adds a personal touch to the service. They were incredibly accommodating, and the haircut was top-shelf—I was really impressed with the attention to detail. Also, I couldn’t help but notice that my barber Cynthia had a great sense of style, which added to the overall experience. Will be going back to her.

Called and got in the same day for my son's haircut. The gentleman that cut his hair was extremely quick and did an excellent job. 10/10 would go back for my son and even myself. 2 years later and we still go here, my son refuses to let anyone else cut his hair. This is a double 5 star post. Harpreet is the absolute best wax/laser technician I have ever seen. Not only is she brilliantly skilled, she is also fantastic at giving advice on maintenance and suggestions on services and timelines! The second five star is Kayla gives the best manicure/pedicures at any salon I've ever been to. I get to just relax and know that I'm going to walk out feeling amazing about my nails. From shaping to polish application, to designs, she is fabulous!
Steelworks is the absolute best tattoo shop in the Valley! The shop is full of friendly people, good vibes and amazingly talented artists . It is clean, professional and they truly care about making your idea come to life. I have worked with Paul on a rib/sternum piece and a leg sleeve . Both have come out better than I could have ever imagined ! Paul’s art is truly one of a kind and you can tell that he really cares about making each piece special and curated to your vision. I would recommend Paul and the steelworks crew to anyone looking to get some amazing art!

We are very happy with the hot water on demand system Dean (and daughter) installed a year ago. Work was completed on time and the system operates beyond our expectations. It is capable of supporting two simultaneous showers! I recommend them and will call Dean for future needs.

Sean with AMPD was amazing! He installed our new electric fireplace, designed and built a custom hearth to enhance the overall effect. It took us awhile to sort out which fireplace to purchase to replace the old one - with the help of Gerri at the Fireplace Den and her recommendations both for the correct insert and Sean, we got it done! His attention to detail was excellent as he came back to ensure the hearth and tiles had set properly. Highly personal and attentive service!
