Belinda is exceptional! I have tried a few salons since moving to West Kelowna and for my hair, Belinda gave me the best haircut I have had in a very long time. This was the second cut with her for me, the first one was great, we tweaked a few things on the second and it’s perfect! I love her personality, she is so calm!Service: Hairstyling

I can't say enough about my hair stylist at Salon 103, Ive been going to Belinda for 20 years and she is amazing ..First she listens to your needs fully and executes it to your specific needs. She makes great informed suggestions to improve the look & health of the hair and her cut & color is perfect!.... I continue to be pleased...she has never disappointed me. She is approachable, talented with a creative gift!..She is highly technically trained in beauty. Lastly she is understanding, and forgiving of changes as needed in your schedule.
