Extremely knowledgable and fast!Ryan S. knew exactly what he was doing and walked us through every step answering our 1,000 questions along the way.He had way better equipment then other company's, like a camera auger with a locator that he used to pinpoint breaks practically exactly.We hired another company (border), and they took 2 guys probably 2 hours to find what took Ryan maybe 20 min.The other company told us to rip up our deck to dig where this pool of water was, only for Ryan and his locator to show us that we need to be digging more then 10ft over in a different spot.Save yourself money and do it right!Highly Recommend!!!

Ryan and his colleague Rob just completed an install of a heat on demand system to replace an electric water heater. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive, were respectful of my property and kept me fully informed of progress as the job progressed. The unit was well positioned and pipe runs neatly laid out. Would definitely call Mr Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

Called Mr. Rooter to "fix" what the restoration company didn't do properly as well as rooter slow drains and hook up a new dishwasher.Rates were comparable to others in Kelowna.Jack was awesome, personable, and professional. Super happy with the job he did. Thank you!
