Pretty much anyone will chat with you if you make the introduction or just want to inquire on to use a machine or how to properly target a muscle.The atmosphere here in my opinion is focused on doing better and transformation/casual at the same time. Everyone is very respectful in my experience.All the machines and equipment you could ask for.If you forget or don't workout with headphones they're are always playing good music as well. Just an added bonus.Admittedly the parking is not the best but there is plenty of options within walking distance so its not a big deal at all.“

989 Johnson St, Victoria“I’ve been training at Forge for a while now and it’s been such a great experience. The atmosphere is motivating and welcoming, whether you’re new or more experienced.
One thing I really appreciate is the instructors. Danielle, Cort, and Omar are all amazing in their own way. Each of them has a different training style and approach, which keeps the classes interesting and well-rounded. Danielle brings great energy and encouragement, Cort focuses on solid technique and pushing you to improve, and Omar’s sessions are really engaging and help you build confidence and skills.
I love that I get to learn from all three because their different methods complement each other and help you grow a lot! . The great community and positive vibes also make it much easier to stay consistent and keep showing up.
If you’re looking for a place to train boxing or kickboxing, I definitely recommend Forge.“

The Athletic Therapy treatments that first brought me in were excellent for strength training and injury prevention. After being in an MVI, the Kinesiology support has been crucial in my recovery — helping me rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
The brand new equipment is really nice, and the monthly fitness challenges are a fun way to stay motivated and push yourself a little.
Riley is an outstanding Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cares about your progress. I would highly recommend her to anyone.“
