“A few years ago Dave and his crew from Island builders turned our 60-year-old kitchen and dining room from a 1960s worn-out eyesore into an open-concept, very modern, gorgeous living space. It was a big job of removing walls, installing hidden support beams, and blending the new with the old. The customized kitchen turned out beautiful and maximized every inch of space.
Since then we moved to a strata were I became a councilmember. There were a few large and complex projects that our strata was having issues getting done (done well and on time) for a few years . I introduced the council to Dave and Island Builder. They put in a bid that was competitive and not the lowest price. Island Builders was hired, did the work, and was asked to continue on with similar projects. The work was high quality, done in a very timely manner, well managed (again!).

I called Arrowhead Paving, spoke to Rob about paving a parking area off to the side of my residential driveway. Rob stopped by my place, gave me a fair quote and told me their scheduling is on Thursdays, at which point he would set up a date and time for the paving.
From that point on, Rob’s communication was excellent and professional.
Rob and his crew showed up right on schedule and completed the job in about 3 hours.
