We hired Victor Pross for update renovations to my late Mom's house. While other contractors had approached the task very haphazard, Victor was able to start right away with his team and delivered 120%. Everything from new windows to asbestos removal, Victor made the house a dream home. He was timely, professional, extremely thorough, and all with permits.
