We had tried on some dresses in another shop, all of which required extensive alterations, and had one in mind, but I felt she should keep looking. She spotted the Sew Sweet Dress Shop and we walked in. The first dress she spotted that was on the mannequin as we walked into the store was the one she wished to try on. The ladies in the store were so warm and personable, and made us feel like family! Once she put on the dress, she didn’t want to take it off - it was the one! The quality of these hand made dresses is so apparent next to the factory made, and they are very reasonably priced. They were even able to accommodate us to make alterations to the length and some minor changes my daughter wanted! I cannot wait to see her wear it to prom! Parking can be a bit of a challenge due to proximity to Guildford mall, but that’s a minor concern for the excellent service and pricing. So I went back to ask and see if they will hem snow pants and make some altercation to my partner’s snow pants in which they did a good job of and was very efficient! I ask them to be done by Tuesday but they were done by the next few days ! And prices aren’t too pricey compared to other tailor shops!“
