Excellent experience. My daughter ordered a pair of ridiculously large (for her) pants off Amazon and she was upset she couldn't wear them. We got elastic put in the waist all around. We were helped by a wonderful woman who was extremely kind. Job done within 48hours and done for an excellent price! I have one happy girl. Will definitely be back due to my total lack of sewing skills! Thanks again.
