I made a silly mistake and realized I needed my bridesmaid dress hemmed within 24 hours. The store did not hesitate one bit and when I dropped it off at 1030am it was ready by 5pm! She said if it needed any other alterations after I took it home I could bring it back the next day and have an adjustment the same day. Incredible service and I could not be more thankful. They did a great job on the hem, very happy with the service and I will go back for my future alterations. THANK YOU
Courteous, calm staff. Definitely care about customer service. Excellent job of my designer dress alteration - heavy fabric wide shoulder straps needed to be shortened by a couple of inches. After alteration, it looked like original, fit me perfect and they even put back the snap/thread strap holders underneath which is finicky work. Also they did it for the next day which I needed - so grateful for this. One surprise is that you pay when you bring in the item not when you pick it up, but it made the pick up process easier and quicker. I would use this business again.
