“I recently bought some expensive work pants but needed the waist to be altered along with the length, my co worker recommended this store and I’m glad I came. The first time I came the worker listened to what I wanted and helped measure the pants to my desired width and length. A few days later after I picked up the pants and tried them on, I found that the waist fit perfect but the length seemed to be incorrect and was longer than what I expected. I returned to the store and a worker, Jashun, heard me out completely and was able to quickly resolve the issue. She was understanding, kind, and patient. She remeasured the length and when I came to pick the pants up the second time, it was exactly what I wanted. The stitching and alterations looked great, it wasn’t noticeable simply looked like it was bought that way. Overall, I think the customer service was great, and I believe they do what they can to make sure the customer leaves happy. I had a positive experience and would come again for future alterations needs.”
