I have been going to massage Addict for a long time and it has always been good. However, Today I received a phone call 45 minutes before my appointment saying it was cancelled with no alternatives. This is unacceptable- I understand that this is a busy time of year, but so little notice is not ok.

Visited Nadia B. before and she is always great. Very professional, but also very human in that she is willing to listen and converse. She's not just a pair of hands. She's also a pair of ears and a great big heart.
Also, seeing as how I made the error of booking at the wrong location, I must give a heartfelt thanks to the admin who was able to process my info with minimal input from me. I was completely at fault for the time constraints I had to deal with and she stepped in a very big way to process virtually everything on my behalf.
