“I can’t recommend Kelly at Halcyon enough! I had permanent eyeliner done, and I purposely waited until I was healed after my second appointment before writing this review so I could honestly speak to the whole experience.

I actually drove out from downtown Vancouver because of Kelly’s qualifications and reputation, and it was 100% worth it. From day one, she was so warm, personable, and easy to talk to. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was always available if I had questions afterward. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes a lot of pride in her work.

I’m so happy with my results, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. If you’re thinking about getting permanent eyeliner or other permanent makeup done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kelly!“
