“I can’t recommend Kelly at Halcyon enough! I had permanent eyeliner done, and I purposely waited until I was healed after my second appointment before writing this review so I could honestly speak to the whole experience.

I actually drove out from downtown Vancouver because of Kelly’s qualifications and reputation, and it was 100% worth it. From day one, she was so warm, personable, and easy to talk to. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was always available if I had questions afterward. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes a lot of pride in her work.

“I always see Mia and Luna here. They are very sweet and skilled girls! Their tools might be lowkey burning my hair a bit judging by the slight steam but I haven’t noticed any lasting damage somehow so no complaints. I have patterned West Asian hair and I’m going to an East Asian salon so I’m very impressed. The slight language barrier hasn’t caused problems: they do a really good job and the price is very fair! Also their hair washing/massaging routines are luxurious and make me giggle.“
