Nora developed serious complications during labor and needed an emergency C-section in the middle of the night. Dr. Gurcharan Dhaliwal and the entire team treated our cat with professionalism, compassion, and urgency. They explained the situation honestly, answered our questions, and acted quickly when every minute mattered.

Thanks to their dedication, Nora came through surgery safely, and all of her kittens were delivered alive. Nora is now recovering at home, caring for her babies while we provide supplemental feeding as she heals.

“This is the best vet ever - we just love Dr. Sood. The front staff are so nice and welcoming as well. Dr. Sood is so smart, gentle with my puppy, and so thoughtful/caring. Her bedside manner is what sets her apart from other animal clinics i have attended. Her comments and advice towards my puppy left me knowing she truly cares for these animals wellbeing. One time I was in and she was hugging and consoling another person who had brought in their animal. Overall I found she is patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly.“

“This animal hospital have been really great with my pets. Originally they took care of my little Molly, who passed away when she was 15. They currently look after the care of my 8 year old dog Finn, and our 3 year old cat Bean. The staff are all fantastic. We have always had scheduled appointments, I don't know how available they would be if there was a last minute emergency. Hopefully if that ever happened, they would be accommodating.“

My dog was transferred here from Boundary Bay Animal Hospital a couple of months ago because they could not give me any answers pertaining to my senior dogs severe stomach upset and vomiting. All Critters was able to give me a diagnosis almost immediately and give him proper medication and treatment allowing him recover. “I had an excellent experience and can't recommend this clinic enough. Dr. Evy Von Noble was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave excellent advice, and made sure my dog received the medication he needed right away. Her support and care gave me so much confidence that my dogs were in the best hands.
A huge thank you as well to Zoe, the veterinary technician. She went above and beyond to support both me and my dog. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire visit, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

After everything my dog Dutchess and I have been through, finding a veterinarian who genuinely listened, cared, and treated us with kindness made all the difference. From the moment we walked through the door, I felt respected, heard, and supported.

The staff were compassionate, patient, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. They treated Dutchess with such gentleness and care, which immediately put both of us at ease.
