“I have two little dogs - one a rescue who had many temperament issues and one a re home with a bit of attitude…I went in for a vet check, vaccines and a pre neuter exam. Even my sketchy little guy was willing to be picked up and taken to the back for bloodwork. He’s a screamer and a barker and there wasn’t a peep so I know it went well lol.All of the staff were caring and definitely acted exactly as they should have with each dog. The quoted price for each neuter was very reasonable (one has an un descended testical so I was expecting much more).The exam was thorough and the vet Dr. Armstrong listened to me - gave suggestions that were good and let me decide the best course of action.All of our adult daughters also use this clinic and Dr. Armstrong. She has gone above and beyond for our family pets.I am a dog trainer in the area and also a sales rep in the Pet industry - In an industry, where bad news travel faster than good I can honestly say every customer I’ve ever spoken to who uses Dr. Armstrong has nothing but good to say about her.I have not used any other vets here as of yet but my daughters have if Dr. Armstrong is t available and they have been pleased with the service.I’ll be back for sure.“

“My dog had a lump on his tail so we had it checked out with a biopsy. They were able to get him in right away. The biopsy was done and within three days we were emailed and the doctor followed up with a phone call. Excellent service!! The Staff were very accommodating!“
“This animal hospital has some of the most patient, kind and understanding people I’ve met. I started taking my dog here last year and have nothing but good experiences. My dog deals with some vet anxiety and they are very accommodating to her needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good vet experience.“

“I take all my pets here and it’s always been a lovely experience.My dog Benji had to get his eye removed which was a very hard experience for me but the staff at Eagle Ridge Animal Hospital did a spectacular job with the surgery and through the whole process. They explained everything with surgery, medications, healing process to me thoroughly. I never felt left in the dark or that my dog wasn’t in the best care. Dr. Ong and the staff followed up with me on how Benji was doing and healing. 3 weeks post op and Benji is doing amazing and healing perfectly.
