“I've been going with my dog since she was a puppy, and this clinic really is the best. From the veterinarian who's super friendly and kind to the staff who are also just as kind and helpful.

Recently my dog caught something (vomiting/diarrhea/heavy breathing) and had to go to an overnight animal hospital. Next day, I forwarded all the results to this clinic and the staff helped me through it, reserve an appointment in case my dog gets worse and explained another blood test may not be necessary. This clinic helped bring down my anxiety by explaining everything, and not push exams/tests that may not be needed. I would pay whatever to make sure my dog was ok, but I really really appreciated the help and honesty from the staff of this clinic. The veterinarian is also nice and thoughtful and never push anything unnecessary.“

“This dr knows his stuff. Coming from a Frenchie breeder. Flat face breeds need specific help. This guy has gotten me in and out for c-sections in under an hour which is crucial for puppies. The faster the better with proper technique. Many vets do not do.. the c-section scarring is so minimal. Two weeks after puppies are born you can't even tell if the moms have had c-sections... Some vets I go to massacre with scarring big 6-in plus incisions reverse blanket stitching causing unnecessary swelling on the stitch line. This doctor clearly knows what he's doing and I'll stay loyal he likes to work as a team and keep you informed from the start. He lets you advocate for your dog and choose what medications you want. Doesn't force anything.“

“I recently moved to BC from Scottsdale AZ and was looking for a new vet for my animals. I Reached out on the community Facebook page for vets and after filtering through a couple recommendations chose Eagle Ridge because it is a AAHA hospital which is what my hospital in Scottsdale was. It seems like there is a lot of animal hospitals here but If I'm going to take my pet anywhere I want an animal hospital where I know my animal is getting the best treatment, regardless of cost. If I spend $$$$$ on my gym and getting my hair done the least I can do is spend the money on my pets. At least I know the quality is there and it always is with AAHA hospitals. I have had bad experiences at animal hospitals before where the receptionist with no credentials is assisting in surgery or they don't offer you all the treatment options available and have expected that kind of service from a vet clinic that is corporate or is not an AAHA clinic. Every time I have been at eagle ridge the staff have been very friendly and informative especially in helping me adapt to the new pet food, insurance for my pet, flea products etc which was stressful moving to a new country. I have seen two different vets one for my bunny, and one for my cats, and they were both very gentle with my animals and were personable. I felt that the transparency is there with this clinic and I know I can trust them with my animals care for years to come.“

Since they've sold, though, it's been difficult to book in with limited availability and the single veterinarian is only in certain days. With limited days and times of being open, construction and aging pets, unfortunately I have made the decision to move my pets elsewhere. Thank you for the past 10 years of service.“

“Forever will be my favourite and only clinic that I’ll ever go to. I trust dr. Abdelmalak with my pets life! We’ve been coming to this Vet since 2014 Ish and they have never once let us down. Throughout all the years of times, where we had to go to the vet, he has given us the most top-notch and thoughtful care we could ever receive. He’s so gentle, very kind and compassionate. I can honestly say he has never let me down and I’m very particular when it comes to how my animals are treated and my experience first hand. The prices are amazing Very fairly priced as well.
However, if I had to say a con- the front desk ladies can be a little rude but overall nothing too bad..
3.9 star rating they currently have is not at ALL an accurate depiction of how great this veterinary clinic is. They deserve 5 stars and more. I’ll always be recommending your clinic when I asked!“
