“I've been going with my dog since she was a puppy, and this clinic really is the best. From the veterinarian who's super friendly and kind to the staff who are also just as kind and helpful.

Recently my dog caught something (vomiting/diarrhea/heavy breathing) and had to go to an overnight animal hospital. Next day, I forwarded all the results to this clinic and the staff helped me through it, reserve an appointment in case my dog gets worse and explained another blood test may not be necessary. This clinic helped bring down my anxiety by explaining everything, and not push exams/tests that may not be needed. I would pay whatever to make sure my dog was ok, but I really really appreciated the help and honesty from the staff of this clinic. The veterinarian is also nice and thoughtful and never push anything unnecessary.“

“Dr Armstrong is great with nervous patients. She takes very good care of our dogs and cat. Clinic staff is easy to deal with. The front desk staff and vet techs go out of their way to make the pets comfortable.“

“I recently moved to BC from Scottsdale AZ and was looking for a new vet for my animals. I Reached out on the community Facebook page for vets and after filtering through a couple recommendations chose Eagle Ridge because it is a AAHA hospital which is what my hospital in Scottsdale was. It seems like there is a lot of animal hospitals here but If I'm going to take my pet anywhere I want an animal hospital where I know my animal is getting the best treatment, regardless of cost. If I spend $$$$$ on my gym and getting my hair done the least I can do is spend the money on my pets. At least I know the quality is there and it always is with AAHA hospitals. I have had bad experiences at animal hospitals before where the receptionist with no credentials is assisting in surgery or they don't offer you all the treatment options available and have expected that kind of service from a vet clinic that is corporate or is not an AAHA clinic. Every time I have been at eagle ridge the staff have been very friendly and informative especially in helping me adapt to the new pet food, insurance for my pet, flea products etc which was stressful moving to a new country. I have seen two different vets one for my bunny, and one for my cats, and they were both very gentle with my animals and were personable. I felt that the transparency is there with this clinic and I know I can trust them with my animals care for years to come.“

Dr Daujee is very patient and calm with our anxious dog who hates anyone near his face. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable, knowledgeable and patient vet office.“

Since they've sold, though, it's been difficult to book in with limited availability and the single veterinarian is only in certain days. Throughout all the years of times, where we had to go to the vet, he has given us the most top-notch and thoughtful care we could ever receive. He’s so gentle, very kind and compassionate. I can honestly say he has never let me down and I’m very particular when it comes to how my animals are treated and my experience first hand. The prices are amazing Very fairly priced as well.
However, if I had to say a con- the front desk ladies can be a little rude but overall nothing too bad..
