The spa is part of the Seaside Hotel, which offers a convenient and welcoming experience for travelers. The hotel's modern and peaceful decor, spacious bathrooms, and delicious restaurant make it a great value. The staff is friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel's location is also perfect for walking and exploring the surrounding neighborhood and shipyard pier. Whether traveling with a car or not, the hotel is easily accessible and offers a convenient parking package. Overall, The Waterfront Spa at Seaside is a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
I wanted to share what a wonderful experience my rowing teammates and I had during our reunion week. Our time at the Waterfront spa was comfortable, calm and professional. We each got a pedicure and had the time and space to visit. Thank you to the team at Waterfront for making it so special (champagne and fruit platter was really above and beyond). Highly recommend!
I deeply enjoyed my massage there. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and caring. Totally recommend it
Booking an appointment: staff were difficult to get a hold of because it doesn’t seem they have a designated person at reception to handle their phone lines so if all the staff are with clients the phone isn’t being manned.
Location: parking can be difficult especially in the designated parkade below. It’s all quite pricey. I feel that parking should be validated and free for clients for the spa.
The massage: The actual service was fantastic. Erica was divine and a wonderful masseuse - would highly recommend booking her.
