The Waterfront Spa at Seaside

I recently spent two nights at Seaside Hotel on a leisurely drive from Seattle to Tofino. I usually stay downtown or on the Westside, but North Vancouver was a wonderful surprise. I was traveling with my dog Stanley and the residential neighborhood and shipyard pier was truly perfect for walking. The hotel is well located whether you are traveling with a car or not. It’s an easy drive across the bridge to Stanley Park and Vancouver proper. I purchased a parking package and the garage in the building is very convenient with an elevator directly into the hotel. Let me start off by staying, I had the pleasure to stay at the Seaside Hotel for my birthday get away. It was my first time visiting Canada and my girlfriend wanted to show me a good time. We had a ruff start getting, but the polite and warm front desk agent Tristan helped us get by. She set us in Room 421, walked me through the valet, and showed us get spots to visit in the city; Thank you Tristan.

Absolutely awesome! The room, the location, amenities, and THE VIEW! We had a great sleep on the most comfortable king size bed (after we enjoyed the fabulous lights of downtown). Great service, as the manager took the time to physically show us where to park. Although the elevator opens up ( on one of the floors) onto the outdoor seawalk area, only hotel guests can activate the lift with their room key. So no uninvited guests! Very safe area in North Vancouver. All sorts of people enjoying the outdoors, walking their dogs, going for a jog, etc.. We would definitely look into staying here again.
