My wife and I were very happy with our Sanctuary Indulgence massage. We were able to share the same room for a couples experience. Haru was my therapist. She asked questions of my past and current injuries and my current aches and pains. Perfect pressure throughout the session. Chelle was my wife's therapist. The quiet from my wife was a great indication that she was well relaxed and comfortable. We will return, for sure.

Reviews
I always enjoy my visits to Balay. Ive had many facials in the past and Balay is definitely the best. Both times I've gone, a friend has come with for a massage and both times they enjoyed their massages. This is my go to place now :)
I visited this spa today with my sister and booked the 90-mins deep tissue massage. My massage therapist was Kana. She was very friendly, attentive and professional. I would highly recommend her, and would definitely come back if I stop by Vancouver again on my next trip. Thumbs up!👍
