I have taken my wife here multiple times and we both love it. I booked a massage for my mother in law as well and it was her first ever massage. She absolutely loved it. The massage therapists were super helpful and made sure she was comfortable. We will definitely continue to go to Balay. Thanks again.

Every time I've gone here for a massage it's been amazing. And honestly, I find myself feeling much better than going to an RMT, both more relaxed and more loose - I feel fixed. Just phenomenal massages.They're also so nice and accommodating on the phone. I'm lucky that I live so close by ?

Came here for the classic swedish couples massage and i can confidently say this was the best massage my partner & i have experienced. the receptionist was very helpful with parking in the area and so kind to speak with. the masseuse ladies were calming, gentle and very kind as well. they asked prior to the massage what we want to focus on, any injuries and multiple times during the session asked if we were comfortable and if the pressure was right. the spa itself was very beautiful and clean, you feel the calm when you walk in. the room was a tad small but made the experience more intimate and cozy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will be coming back for sure.
