I had a good experience overall at Spa Utopia. Tam was excellent, very skilled and attentive, and the massage was exactly what I needed. You can tell he knows what he’s doing.
The space itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, which really adds to the experience. That said, the locker area was quite disappointing. The lockers felt very outdated and surprisingly small! It honestly felt like stepping back 30 years, which didn’t match the rest of the spa.
Considering the pricing, I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get overall.
I think I’ve never been to a spa cleaner and nicer than this I appreciate every little detail that they paid attention to. I had the most relaxing time with my partner in their VIP suite, and I appreciate all the staff that helped us in this journey!!!
I had a facial today and Carmen was my esthetician. Carmen explained every step along the way and had a lovely way about her. The only thing that was a downer was when I went to the changeroom after the service. In the past Spa Utopia provided some hair products and deodorant so you are able to leave the spa feeling totally put together when you leave. We'll today there was deodorant and hair spray. The hairdryer was not work g properly and the curling iron was broken. What a shame...beautiful service ended with me walking out looking like a mess. If you go to Spa Utopia make sure you bring what you need to dry your hair and don't depend on them to provide anything.
