Leak detection services are not something I would recommend from this company. Came to assess recent water damage on our basement ceiling and we were told they have been in the business for 20 years and do not require specialized equipment as their plumbers could locate the problem. They charged upfront and had no idea where the problem is.
*edit* Upon this review Tyler reached out and came to assess with equipment. He ruled out plumbing and identified risks. May not be resolved, but appreciated the hands on approach to give us a way forward in resolving the leak.
He was a bit late, but when he arrived he got right to business. He was friendly and a good sport at having to replace an indoor water shut off valve under the stairs and a hot water tank in a tight corner. I very much appreciate how hard he works and explains what he has done.
Customer service has improved dramatically since 2021. Good training taking place. Angus & Tyler were straight forward and honest. They took the time to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand and make an informed decision. Thank-you.
