EDS Pumps installed a reverse-osmosis water purifier in my home last year. The drinking water from this is a big improvement over regular tap water. This year they EDS called and asked if we would like to schedule a filter change. I like preventive and predictive maintenance. So we did. The service tech called an hour before the scheduled work to remind us he was coming. He got here when he said he would. He had a trainee with him. Both took their shoes off before they entered the house. They were friendly and professional. When they finished, they offered to put all the stuff I had removed from the cabinet back. Although I was unhappy with the overall bill, better communication could have alleviated issues. I take no issue with the quality of work. Dave and Kevin actually went out of their way to address the fact I was unhappy and offered a reasonable credit. I would consider them to be professional and courteous in the manner in which they handled this. They could have ignored this altogether, but instead chose deal with the issue head on. Knowing that I can butt heads and resolve an issue makes me feel comfortable doing business with a company. I would recommend their service.

Had our water test done through EDS for our cabin well water @staybytheriver up at manning. Staff were right on it. Called back to talk to the rep about our results. Great info. The lab they use was part of the success. Great team work. Buy our filters here as well. Thanks.
