But I was able to get a reply back very quickly by Vivienne. She was very helpful and direct. Gave me an accurate quote. She had booked James and came at the designated time. James was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed me what does what, what the parts he used (I'm curious to see how things work as long as it doesn't seem too invasive), and was able to answer any other questions I had. I had put down my email for the receipt but I had spelled it incorrectly. Vivienne was able to send me my receipt. Thank you all very much! “I found AMA Excavation online, eventually hired the company to do drainage work around my home, and couldn't be happier with the work they did.Part of the reason my crawlspace is so wet was perimeter drainage. I basically had none. Brian was here promptly every morning, sometimes with an assistant, and put in long hard days of work until the job was done. He dug out the entire perimeter of the house and installed the drainage in about a week, connecting it to my downspouts all around, and graded the yard so now water flows away from the foundation. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, which made me feel far more comfortable with such a big project, and the pricing was excellent compared to the other quotes I received. “We had issues with our well water shutting off all the time and we then wanted to get a different company opinion and so we called EDS pump Feb.3 2025. But when we we called we had zero water coming now and it snowed but they were able to send a technician named Brain the next day Feb.4 2025 which we r very grateful for figuring out the main problem but we wouldn’t be able to get that work done until it was better weather the end pump is 650ft deep and need a crane. And so without water for month or even one week is pretty hard but the Brain was able to find a solution bypassing the box so it won’t trip and we couldn’t of asked for anything more especially on Feb.4 2025 where most companies wouldn’t even send a technician to a mountain in mission and it wasn’t easy getting there and this technician really made our day and I would recommend this company even though we been dealing with two other companies union pump and other company but they didn’t seem to find a solution instead we received bills from them especially after spending over 30k just on the water filter system and service calls we had jsut spent 110k for a brand new well 650ft deep 4 years ago and the other company’s started to replace each part one by one like guessing game that’s not sustainable in real life however we would recommend this company for any work for well pumps“
