Unfortunately, they weren’t able to take her in because she doesn’t currently have one of the required vaccines but the lady I spoke to on the phone had the best customer service skills I’ve ever received. Hung up the phone & thought to myself, “whoa, that was crazy, felt like I was talking to a longtime friend.” If she cares that much about the help and value she provides over the phone, can almost guarantee she’s going to have the upmost care for your pet.“
