I would highly not recommend this location as I've had several issues with purchases from here. I have purchased a fish tank that had a broken light and broken heater included with it that I had to return. I purchased a divider for my tank that was already cut and waaaay too small to even be used again. I went to buy fish one time and they dropped them at the checkout counter.. I had a very arrogant woman deal with me when purchasing my fish who was very rude and basically treated me like I was a complete novice to the hobby even though I have 6 fish tanks. At the fish department we wanted custome service and this employee an,ed David walked past us un a very rude way. said to us "what do you want " and me and the person that went with me got really mad pets,art terrible customer service

I'd give it a 3.8? The vibe was just a bit off and not the best lighting in there. Quite a few products and brands. I'd say lots of choices but some are not the best options for pets. The place have more of a business vibe and almost no "love animals, they are adorable and need to be protected, they are a blessing" vibe. Some fish and hamsters. The animals looks like they are in alright condition but could probably use more care still. The staff are mostly friendly and willing to help if asked. Large parking lot outside and not the most convenient spot if you don't drive.
