We are cat sitting my daughters cat and it needed special food so I headed into Petsmart to see if they had what we needed. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable about the products and quickly directed to the right aisle and helped pick out the flavors. Petsmart is always my go to store in Maple Ridge for our pet supplies.

Thank you once again to the helpful and knowledgeable staff at Pet Smart Maple Ridge!! They helped me get everything needed for my precious new puppy Dash ?The picnic basket I had already but was a cute pic ?Highly recommend getting your pet supplies and food from here.

I am writing on behalf of my mother and her sweet furbaby Chevy, A few days back, Chevy was in to see Collin, to get his grooming done, but a cyst burst on Chevy's backside and was bleeding a lot, the staff was absolutely amazing, The manager took care of both my mom and her dog, drove them to the vet, drove them back home and then checked up on them both - The customer service that truly goes above and beyond, Chevy is just happy to be out of the cone of shame now :) Thank you to everyone who cared enough to help Chevy and who made sure my mom was calm. It means the world to us all.!!
