But I was able to get a reply back very quickly by Vivienne. She was very helpful and direct. Gave me an accurate quote. She had booked James and came at the designated time. James was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed me what does what, what the parts he used (I'm curious to see how things work as long as it doesn't seem too invasive), and was able to answer any other questions I had. I had put down my email for the receipt but I had spelled it incorrectly. Vivienne was able to send me my receipt. Thank you all very much!
