I've been in several flooring stores that pretty much carry the same thing but I was amazed to see the unique carpet samples here. One was the softest carpet I have ever felt, unlike any other, you have to feel it to believe it. Plus, there were other designs that I've never seen before anywhere else. It's definitely worth the look, if you're shopping around.“

“We recently had Kelowna Floors renovate our basement floor from laminate cork/carpet to engineered wood with a cork subfloor. They did an excellent job. Rebecca was very helpful during our initial assessment to assist in choosing the appropriate materials and how we should go about the project. Her measurements were good as well, we had 5-10% of planks left in the end. Greg was the main floor installer for the project and was very attentive to details. He leveled the concrete foundation floor very carefully before laying the cork subfloor. Him and his colleagues did a great job at cutting the wood planks accurately and laying them in a nice pattern. They cleaned dust/left over wrapping well after every day of work. The pre/after install work was done by Kapiti Built which are excellent and the builders of our house. We are very happy with the results, premium materials and look!!“

I am a DIY kind of guy, and they have always gone out of their way to answer questions, provide advice, and offer selections that they feel fit my needs and budget. They even give pointers on how to install the material myself, unlike some places which want you to spring for their installation fees. I won't buy floors, tile, or backsplash material anywhere else! Excellent service, beautiful showroom, and a huge selection of materials.“
