“We just had new carpet installed on an entire upper floor as well as 2 staircases - a big job. Everything was excellent from start to finish: advice in the showroom to narrow down the very wide selection to meet our needs, prompt and polite measuring of the space and giving us a quote, good communication as to the process and setting a timeline that was convenient for us, a great scheduler, and really excellent installers who were a pleasure to have in the house. We thought we had a problem with a mark on the carpet, and Jordan's was clearly 100% committed to making it right, which was very reassuring. When the manager came to look at it right after the install, the mark had automagically disappeared. We were apologetic but the manager was super gracious and made us feel like he really wanted to come and see how it all looked anyway. This will be our first stop for future flooring needs.“

“We have a solid light maple hardwood floor in our kitchen and dining room. Ok Hardwood installed the floor in 1997. They refinished it in 2007, 2017 and now in 2026. They used Bona commercial grade product and applied 4 coats. The crews take such good care and the solid maple cabinets were not damaged in any way. When the air temperature surged to over 30c the final coat did not cure well. We were so impressed when Cori came to our house to address our concerns. She immediately agreed that the finish was not up to the Ok Hardwood high standard and arranged to have the crew resand and reapply the final coat! Fortunately, the weather cooled the next day and we have a beautifully refinished maple floor! As they say, the mark of a good business is how they deal with problems when things go wrong. We highly recommend Cori, Jeff, Pat and Nick for doing such a professional job!“

As we continued our kitchen Reno we realized we didn’t have enough of our current flooring to finish our kitchen flooring and it is now discontinued. We panicked and called every store that carried our flooring with no success. We thought we’d reach out to Julie to see if there was any chance she could find it, within an hour she emailed back saying she found some in a different city and could have it shipped up, we got it in 2 days! She went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend working with her!“
