“We visited many stores looking to replace our beloved older carpets and of all the stores we visited, we were most satisfied with the selection and assistance here. Most stores sell the same brands but Jordan’s seemed to have the best selection. We really appreciated being able to take home the samples (small refundable fee) and the in home measurements. Erin has been a superb, knowledgeable help from start to finish and beyond - always responding promptly - she knows her stuff and she’s also just a really nice human. Our installer was a unique gentleman; extremely knowledge and professional and very good at what he does. We’ll be return customers for sure, thanks Erin and Jordan’s team!!”
