“Sam was great to work with as we picked out and ordered the flooring and tile work for our new home five years ago. The only negative thing about the experience was trying to deal with a flooring warranty issue that dragged on for a number of reasons but has finally been put to rest.
Though communication was difficult for a period of time, I thank Sam for his part in getting our flooring issue resolved. We are very happy with the end result. The installers did a great job and the floors look perfect. They are nice and flat with no more ridges at the seems (which was the problem with the original product), and they match very well to the engineered floors upstairs. It is unfortunate that Beaulieu floors did not recognize the issue as a problem when it clearly was not performing as it should have. None-the-less, the new floor looks great and we appreciate Sam bringing the new flooring in and giving us a break on the cost for the re and re.“
