Jordans Flooring
“We visited many stores looking to replace our beloved older carpets and of all the stores we visited, we were most satisfied with the selection and assistance here. Most stores sell the same brands but Jordan’s seemed to have the best selection. We really appreciated being able to take home the samples (small refundable fee) and the in home measurements. Erin has been a superb, knowledgeable help from start to finish and beyond - always responding promptly - she knows her stuff and she’s also just a really nice human. Our installer was a unique gentleman; extremely knowledge and professional and very good at what he does. We’ll be return customers for sure, thanks Erin and Jordan’s team!!”
Nufloors Kelowna
“I had a wonderful experience with Elicia at Nufloors! I came in with very little knowledge about flooring and materials, and Elicia was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She patiently listened to what I needed, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly without making me feel overwhelmed. She is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and provides truly excellent customer service. If you don’t know much about flooring, I highly recommend asking for Elicia. She makes the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. Thank you, Elicia, for all your help!”
