My plumber couldn't handle a big sewage pipe and water main repair so I called Mole excavation out of desperation.
The boss (Kalen) showed up immediately after hours to assess the situation at my house. He explained everything clearly and told me not to worry....they do this all the time.
I called my insurance adjuster to make sure and she said she deals with Mr. Rooter all the time and loves them. They are in and out and she can close the claim quickly.

Kalen and Ravin from Mr. Rooter were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was causing the plumbing issue and what needed to be done to fix it. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when the job was finished.
