Friday night, hot water tank leaking. Blaine came out first thing Saturday morning and gave me a quote, removed old tank, installed new tank and we had hot water again in a few hours. He was honest and explained clearly what he was doing & why. Thanks again Blaine!
Had a really explosive gross toilet emergency today and Mr. Rooter sent Jerry Remmy over. He was over within 30 min and started on the job right away. He had us fixed up and running again in a couple hours. He was super easy going and chill to talk too, and talked me through every step.Pricing is quite steep, but that was the company not Jerry.3 stars for the company pricing but bumping it up to 5 stars for them having such an amazing asset working for them.Thanks again Jerry.
Jason from Mr. Rooter arrived promptly this morning and was able to quickly find the source of a water leak and effect a permanent fix. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and we were very pleased with the service we received.
