“I went to VCA for some acupuncture and herbal support a few years ago, but have been going regularly to see Jessica Joy for massage and cranial sacral body. Her work is amazing and I get so much more out of her magic hands than going to see a traditional RMT.

My only complaint is that the table is still and quite high for me to get up on, especially in pregnancy. I can tell there's some techniques Jessica does on me that would be much easier on her body if the table was able to move my body into a better position. These tables probably worked ok when it was just an acupuncture business, but now that there's other modalities the business owner needs to get some new tables in please!“

“Gorgeous facility close to everything but tucked away just enough from the hustle of the inner harbour area. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional, even contacting us ahead of our arrival to resolve a booking issue (totally my fault) and ended up fixing it by upgrading our stay. Suite was massive with a cute balcony and plenty of everything: dishes, hangers (for once in my life!!), tea and coffee. Didn't have time to visit the rooftop, but the pool and fitness centre were very clean and pleasant to use. Really appreciated that our underground parking didn't expire until 4pm on our day of checkout, so we could wander around a bit after breakfast without moving our vehicle. We will be back!“

My husband and I have benefited from Erina's skills in cryo-sculpting and I've never had such expert, beautiful pedicures before. The spa is inviting and super clean. Love this place!“

The tea....here's the reason why, just a 4-star review. The range is more oriented toward tourist demand and spontaneous purchases, which is why you won't find Da Hong Pao in the oolong tea section or Gong Ting in the pu-erh section.“

She explains what she's doing so you are prepared and has a lovely calm nature that creates a serene environment. Her touch when applying the treatments or massaging neck, shoulders, hands and feet is almost like choreography. “Whatever the circumstance or location, I enjoy all aspects of my work. However, there's no denying that it's hard on the face.

For almost 15 years Grazyna's been helping me (and my face) deal with the results of environmental affects, natural aging, and redness. Her facials are excellent and make a big difference to how I feel and look.

The spa has a delightful European way about it: welcoming, well-equipped, with a good selection of product but nothing over the top. Chris at the front desk keeps everything running smoothly.

“MY FEET. Lots of people comment on the more intimate services offered. But I have to tell you that Foot Fix is amazing. Doug is less expensive than the Podiatrist. Doug gives me a one hour treatment that leaves me walking on air and nails trimmed. Not to mention that we are going to defeat the dreaded toe fungus. Gentlemen, treat yourselves, start with your feet! Who knows where it may lead.“
