Tegan practices with professionalism and true care. Her technique starts with a gentle introduction followed by firm and targeted therapy to the areas in need. She also practices cranio-sacral work which leaves me SO relaxed at the end of a session. I highly recommend Tegan and wish I lived closer so I could book with her more regularly!

I went to VCA for some acupuncture and herbal support a few years ago, but have been going regularly to see Jessica Joy for massage and cranial sacral body. Her work is amazing and I get so much more out of her magic hands than going to see a traditional RMT.
My only complaint is that the table is still and quite high for me to get up on, especially in pregnancy. I can tell there's some techniques Jessica does on me that would be much easier on her body if the table was able to move my body into a better position. These tables probably worked ok when it was just an acupuncture business, but now that there's other modalities the business owner needs to get some new tables… read full review
