I wanted to let people know what a great experience I had with Jamie at Haven Spa on April 7, 2026. I get quite anxious getting my hair colour and cut (like a lot of us!). He totally gets that. I felt so relaxed in there and calm. Jamie is quite the man, kind, fun and so warm-hearted. He is an amazing asset to Haven Spa; he has something special about him.
My hair was overly blonde and really washing me out, and with the grey roots coming in my hair was too light.
I showed Jamie my pictures of an ashy cool brown to go with my blonde highlights. He was so patient with me as I go on and on and show him more photos of hair colours! He was very sweet about it. He liked the idea as well and coloured my hair beautifully with the ash brown lowlights. It's stunning and I love it! He totally nailed the colour and reshaped my hair into my layers beautifully.
