My goto Nordic circuit in Victoria. There is more expensive options, and if you travel to Metchosin, cheaper, more rustic options. Ritual fits the middle ground perfectly. All have their place in the market.
Everything is always very clean, and the staff is always keeping it that way.
I give them 5 stars but considered 4. The reason I don't feel right rating this spa 4 stars is because my only complaint is no fault of their own. My husband and I visited Victoria for our 16th anniversary. We had wanted to visit the other spa closer to downtown but it was closed for renovations. We were really thankful to be able to do their “Toes in Trial”. Going there each day during our stay made it feel like a real vacation for me. I also appreciated that we were allowed to talk because it was lovely speaking to the other people there. The space was very clean and very conveniently located. It also had the coldest cold plunge I’ve ever experienced! My only wish would be that they also had a hot tub!! I wish there was a place like this in my town. I highly recommend you visit next time you’re in Victoria!!

I have gone here quite a few times now, the circuit is great, I love how they have a steam room as well. I always book a massage/circuit combo, the RMT massages have been great. However I highly recommend the deep tissue massage with Sharon. I accidently booked this instead of a RMT in February after I had sustained an injury, and while I couldn't put in on insurance it is just as good as an RMT massage. I rebooked with her recently and it was just as good as the first time. I walked out feeling sore but relaxed and a few days after I feel better than ever. She is highly experienced, and even gives some recommendations for ways to help your body in day to day life.
