The staff: Made us feel welcomed, and at home. They were accomodating and helpful. If you get a suite with a kitchen, they can sell you premium local frozen pizzas, no need to leave the building. The cleanliness of the entire facility is excellent.
Beautiful building. The architecture is unique and pleasant, the Koi pond in the lobby was a favourite for our kids, the kids can help feed the fish at 8:30 &1:00, the pool is modern and spacious. The location is in the center of town therefore removing the necessity to drive, the parking fee was reasonable too. There is a rooftop area to go relax as well when the weather is nice.
Parkside Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, rejuvenate at the spa, go for a swim or jacuzzi, fitness centre is decent and over looks the pool, the enchanted tranquility of the common grounds to meet for whatever your needs may be it's the perfect place to do so, with koi fish moving around in the indoor pond, art section that changes, it's quite surreal if it's your first time enjoying all the amenities of what Parkside has to offer. The staff are so courteous and friendly yet professional and setting a high standard to what hospitality truly means, you will feel that your stay/time is acknowledged with appreciation. My stay at The Parkside Hotel & Spa was truly exceptional! The rooms were fantastic, super comfortable, and had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend it!
