It is my first time to Bisou and Erika was my hairstylist. I needed a change since my last dye was over a year ago. My booking was for 4 hours as originally I was thinking I would just get some highlights not knowing what to do with my hair exactly. Erika suggested some tight highlights to blend and cover existing colour. She offered me some snacks and water, since we both knew this will take a few hours!
