“Years ago a friend of mine went to Kacy Hair Design as a walk-in for a simple cut. She was blown away by the service and ability of the staff. Needing a cut I decided to check it out. I was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and welcoming attitudes I encountered. I've since had my colour done, my hair permed, more cuts and getting styled when needed. I have never walked out of the door disappointed or let down in any way. Eva has been the rock star behind my hair. In every visit there is a discussion of what results I want or need and why. The salon is busy, sometimes loud and always a delight. I was in recently for a major change, cutting my long hair (half way down my back) to a very short angled bob (that ended at my chin). Eva may have mourned the loss of my long hair but understood (and agreed with) my reasons for the radical change. Almost any stylist can cut hair but a great stylist tries to ensure you understand and never regret a cut (or other service). I love my hair and I have Eva to thank for that.“
