“My favourite physio is Lilian. She listens carefully to my concerns about my body and shows genuine care. She also treats me in a very professional manner. Since she speaks Cantonese, I have no problem communicating with her.

However, the treatment area is quite small, with only curtains separating the three treatment beds in a narrow space. When other physiotherapists are treating patients and talking at the same time, I can’t hear what Lilian is saying because the environment is too noisy.

Because the treatment area is only separated by curtains, it can be a bit inconvenient for female patients. The curtains may easily be brushed against when people walk by. Would it be possible to attach Velcro to fix the curtain to the wall and also add Velcro in the middle of the curtain to better protect the privacy of female patients?“

“I was going through a terrible lower backache, which limits my mobility then had my very first experience of chiropractic treatment with Dr Lee.
I was hesitant to go as I don’t know what to expect honestly but I’m glad i did because after getting treatment I felt better, I was relieved from the pain. They also do the 15 minute massage with the machine which was exceptionally relaxing.

“Jiaru is amazing! He is trained in both acupuncture and is a registered massage therapist, and I used him for both of these services until I moved away. I have had a sore/stiff neck for years from a motor vehicle accident and I also have a desk job. When I am really stiff, I can get pain down my arm to my elbow. I don't know how he does it, but a half-hour acupuncture session relieves this completely and immediately. It's happened at least twice, so I am convinced that he's skilled and it's not a fluke! He is also a super strong human, so his deep tissue massage is wonderful for someone with a high pain tolerance. I highly recommend Jiaru's services! He is fluent in both Mandarin and English.“
