I went to the Royal Oak office for the first time last week.Once you've booked your first appointment, a text is sent to you with a link so you can fill out a form for all your medical information before your appointment.I love that I can book appointments online.I usually avoid going to physio because my experience has been that the patient is put on a machine or a heat pad and left sitting "forever" while they treat other patients.At Royal Treatment, the physio spends the entire hour with 1 patient.I had Uma, who did such a great job. I am blessed to have found this clinic and Dr.Joseph Yung. I had an awful experience at my previous clinic for RMT and decided to look for a new clinic.Dr.Joseph Yung took the time to diagnose and treat all my problems caused from excessive physical activities (knee pain, back soreness, rotator cuff aches, and neck and shoulder tightness). I also decided to try him as a chiropractor and that was life changing as well! My body feels brand new and relieved every session.I highly recommend this clinic and Dr.Joseph Yung for both RMT and Chiropractor.
