“Hands down best chiropractor you’ll ever come across. I’ve been seeing him since he was located at Champlain mall and moved to New West. I live 20 mins away and drive past at least 10 other chiro offices but would never think to step foot in another office.He’s not your typical chiro who will just crack you in a couple of places and the job is done. No, he will use all different type of gadgets and tables to help fix your problem. I swear he’s a magician. My neck and lower back was so stiff and sore and just after one visit I felt so much better. Highly highly highly recommend Dr. Dan!“

“After a sports-related achilles tear, a good friend referred me to Trailside Physio. From the get-go, I was so impressed with the care, friendliness, and follow-up I received from the therapists and the staff. Francisco and Christina were exceptional, both from a knowledge and application standpoint. They took the time to pinpoint the issue(s), monitor my progress, and build a gradual recovery plan over a few months to literally get me back on my feet and training daily. It's a two-way street and one has to put the work in between sessions - there are no shortcuts - but I was both surprised and grateful with how well the rehabilitation went, and with minimal residue from the injury. Even with secondary complications they worked to strengthen my core, flexibility, and training technique to reduce further stress. This is not a place to go through the motions - they will challenge you based on abilities, but that's because they care! Highly recommend!!“
“Fantastic experience with both Dr.Lohman and Dr.Grewal!I was very nervous to go in to be honest, I was having a lot of pain due to a pinched nerve and was terrified at the idea of it getting worse. HOWEVER, it was the best experience I could have asked for. They talked me through everything, explained what I should be feeling and created a treatment plan that has be back to 100%can't thank the team enough. if you haven't been, you need to go.“

“Had my first RMT session for my extremely painful upper back/neck with Fiona and I was not only grateful that New West Wellness had an opening later in the evening, but also with how kind and calming Fiona’s energy was for me. It can be hard for those of us who work 9-5 to have to book time off during the workday to take care of our wellness, knowing we’ll be losing out on that income, so to be able to get an appointment at 8pm was fantastic. I definitely have more visits before I can feel back to myself again, but I’m so happy I took a chance on this place and can’t wait for my second session with Fiona!
