To top it all off, Jerry noticed and mentioned a termite trail on our house that we hadn’t noticed yet. Just a heads up though, if you have a tankless water heater be sure to mention that. I was expecting that the water heater flush was going to be included in the price I was quoted and was charged a whole extra fee because it was tankless.“
