As the say when it rains it pours. I have had 2 leaks, a month apart in the walls, Both times Trident responded and fixed the leaks. There service is superlative.

We had our water softener replaced. Was able to schedule quickly. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Tyler the tech was great. Did a wonderful job on the installation and explaining the system. Update: Had Tyler back up to take care of weird noises in our walls. Within a couple hours, he replaced our failing pressure reduction valve. He also did a great job replacing our old RO system. Everytime I call Trident, they are unbelievably helpful and polite . 👍👍
