Had a main sewer line backup on a holiday weekend and Roto-Rooter was the only one answering! They came out promptly and got to it resolving the problem. Their cameras showed I have to replace my line and some time.

Unclogged sink for free and tried to work with me on costs required to investigate problem. I needed time to work out paying so didn't have work done. Mason was good and seems to have strong integrity in a pricey business.

First of all Kwame is a sweetheart and helped us so much!!! Roto-Rooter was so quick (same day service!) and easy to work with, from the phone staff to Kwame in person, they were all so kind and helpful. I really loved the app because I got live status updates there and through text! If you’re in a pinch and need help i definitely recommend them! Kwame knew exactly how to fix our issue and got it done with ease, expert level service!
