They technicians were professional and got the job done without asking for extra charge. They also brought a drain camera for the clearing out the drain, which most plumbers don’t bring on their first call and normally charges more for that.
Great customer service. Even when someone turned the water on outside, he kept his cool and took care of the flooded water that he did not do. Took responsibility and fixed quickly and efficiently. Great customer service
John was very helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also let me know about Christian Brother's service agreement that I may be interested in at a later date. If all your employees are as great at their jobs as John is, you are very fortunate.
